Skale.vip is an AI-powered optimization co-pilot that helps creators find keywords, generate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and chapter markers, and analyze performance across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
To use Studio and analytics features, you connect your Google/YouTube account through OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We request only the permissions necessary to provide the Service and never publish or modify your content without your explicit action.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Skale.vip and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create; AI-generated suggestions are provided for your use and do not transfer any rights to us.
The Service generates content using artificial intelligence. Suggestions are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any metadata before publishing to your channels.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skale.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any change in your channel performance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
